Tempeh Chili Vegan Chili with Beer & Tempeh 45m vegan chili tempeh Ingredients 1 Pack - Tempeh 1 Bottle - Dark Beer 1 Large - Onion 3 Cloves - Garlic 2 Tbsp - Olive Oil 1 Can - Red Kidney Beans 1 Can - Pinto Beans 1 Can - Corn 1 Can - Diced Tomatoes 1⁄3 Cup - Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup - Hoisin Sauce 1 Pack - White Mushrooms 2 Tbsp - Chili Powder 1 Tbsp - Cumin 1 Tsp - Garlic Powder Salt & Pepper Directions In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and cook onions for a few mins Add sliced mushrooms, crumbled tempeh, garlic and spices for ~5 mins Add beans, tomatoes, corn, ketchup, hoisin and beer and simmer for ~40 mins partially covered Serve and garnish with cilantro
