Makes 2 Balls, good for 2 medium pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 Cup - Warm Water
- 2 1⁄4 Tsp - Quick Rise Yeast
- 1 Tbsp - Sugar
- 2 Tbsp - Olive Oil
- 3⁄4 Tsp - Salt
- 440g (3 1⁄3 Cups) - Flour (Preferably unbleached)
Directions
- Whisk water and yeast in a bowl
- Add rest of ingredients to bowl and mix
- Knead dough for 5-8 minutes until window pane is achieved
- Let rise for 90 minutes
- Punch dough down, cut into 2 balls
- Make pizza or freeze dough
